Ok y'all, I've been trying to not say a whole lot about my health because right now so much is unknown.
There is a possibility I may have fibromyalgia. I've been having symptoms for a long, long time but recently it's gotten to the point where it's interfering with my life. I can hardly walk when I get up in the morning and after sitting still for too long. I ache from the top of my head to my feet.
And I am so damn tired.
Which is why I wanted to share what's going on because I might not be posting much. My brain is foggy and slow a lot of the time which makes coming up with something to blog a little hard.
I will know more this Thursday, at least I hope to. For right now I am no longer drinking diet coke (sob), trying to eat gluten free and as organically as I can afford. I would like to control my symptoms through diet and exercise because I am afraid of the few drugs out there for fibromyalgia. I don't want to become addicted to prescription medication because God knows I don't need another monkey on my back.
Yesterday I was feeling pretty good but not today. My hips and legs are hurting so bad. I keep getting up from my desk, I walk around and stretch.
While I'm bummed that I feel this way, I know that I will be fine.
So if I'm not around all that much I'm probably asleep. *smile*
You are safe

Sleeping is a good way to revive yourself so if I don't see you I will hope you are getting some good Zzzz's in.
Let me know wbout the diagnosis, I do not know much about it but lets face it anything that is not typical is a bit scary.

Tyra, I hope you feel better soon.
My sister had(s) many health problems. She has been tested for everything from crones to cancer to AIDS. Nothing ever seemed to help. Then she saw a hollistic doctor and I have to say it was a true miracle. She helped SO much. Diet and exercise will certainly help. I will keep you in my prayers.
Peace and Serenity,
Kristen
Tyra, I'm so sorry you're not feeling well. Lots of tiredness is certainly symptomatic of something other than "normal" (whatever 'normal' is!).
PLEASe, yes, let us know what's goin' on. And ya don't HAFTA blog, but ya gotta READ us, girl, so you don't lose track of everybody--I know, found that out. Takes a long time to catch up.
Maybe you're so tired, none of that matters, and that's OK too!.
Prayers are comin' atcha, girl.

steveroni
Take care of yourself and keep us updated please. Thinking of you and sending hugs and prayers your way. Jen
Prayers to you Miss Tyra. I know that this is so hard. I hope that you can get a healthy diagnosis and find out what is happening. If it is fibromyalgia I have and know of a lot of very good resources on the web. I am sending you prayers.

hope you are feeling better soon! please keep us posted :)
I hope you get a good diagnosis that is easy to treat. The one thing that you can be assured of is that drinking will not make anything feel better, so you have sobriety on your side.
please keep us posted on what's going on, and take good care of yourself.
the most important thing is taking care of yourself. do that! hugs and love and well wishes!!!!
I told you my father birthday December 26th??? And he ALWAYS got short-changed.
All his life, he was sightless. Last 20 years of his life he was 100% deaf. Sorry for your hubby, take care of him on the "Day After"...
And what the heck, girl. YOU GET WELL, that's an order!

Tyra keep in touch, we've only just started to get to know one another. I hope all goes well at the hospital. We all seem to spend FAR TOO much time in those places. Chin up
